It's great to see Dicks climbing the ladder at West Ham. I always thought handing out the training bibs was beneath him.

Its just another PR stunt aimed at encouraging season ticket sales.
If the club could only put as much effort, time and money into building a decent team and squad, the unrest from fans would start to reduce.
There is no sign of a plan to do this, no strategy that anyone can identify with regard to transfers and the nagging feeling that it is all being done on a budget that will be aimed at being "just enough" hence risking relegation and under performance every season.
This summer is one many of us will be watching closely. Will it be another one of promises and bluster from Sullivan followed by underwhelming loans and panic buys? Or will we see some 2 or 3 real quality additions and a few very promising, hungry young players brought on board? Currently my money is on the former :-(

My police work!
Something tells me he is employed to keep the old school fans on board,if he knock on someones door under 40 they wouldn't have a known him or if so told to fuck off an sort out the defence.
The again when his football experience is just fucking up semifinals and running a woman's football team we have no chance of that from him-then again it was a joy watching his penalties smash in at times.
